πŸ“Š Not another checklist app β€” it reads your ERP numbers

Know what went wrong in every outlet, before the month closes.

A daily audit that pulls the figures your ERP already holds, scores every site, turns each failure into a task with an owner and a date β€” and keeps chasing it until someone confirms it is fixed.

The actual problem

Your accountants already enter everything. Nobody checks it daily.

By the time the monthly review finds the damage, the stock is gone, the discount is given, and nobody remembers who approved it.

01

Found too late

Negative stock on the 4th is a conversation on the 30th β€” long after anything could have been done about it.

02

Nothing closes

Issues get raised in a WhatsApp group, get a thumbs-up, and reappear the next month with nobody able to say what was actually done.

03

No proof

"We fixed it" is not evidence. When a franchise or an owner asks, there is a spreadsheet and a memory.

What it does

Four things, done properly

Built for multi-outlet restaurant, bakery and retail groups β€” the ones with a central kitchen and accountants who already key everything into an ERP.

01 Β· Figures, not just ticks

It reads the numbers your ERP already holds

Paste the day's export, or drop the CSV. It matches the columns to your sites and fields, shows you exactly what will change, and only then writes.

  • Handles β‚Ή, lakh commas, brackets for negatives, dd/mm/yyyy
  • A cell it cannot read is flagged, never guessed
  • One column for the date brings a whole month in at once
  • Remembers your column names, so the second import is one click

Sales, damage, voids, discounts, cash difference, stock variance β€” scored against your own thresholds, per site, every day.

The compliance grid: each validation scored per site with critical, major and minor weightings
02 Β· Corrective actions

A failure becomes a task, and the task gets chased

Every critical or major miss raises an action by itself β€” with the site, the severity, an owner and a due date. It escalates if it keeps happening.

  • Nothing closes itself. A good day tomorrow is not a fix
  • Done is the site saying so; Verified is you confirming it
  • Repeats escalate: minor β†’ major β†’ critical
  • Every change is logged, append-only, with who and when

The owner sees one number that matters: how many issues were raised, how many were actually closed, and how long it took.

03 Β· Evidence

Photos, signatures, and a record that holds up

Attach a timestamped photo to a damage row or a corrective action. Sign the day off and it locks β€” because a report that can still be edited afterwards proves nothing.

  • Pictures shrink on the phone to about 120KB before they are stored
  • Unlocking a signed day is allowed, and recorded
  • The client acknowledges separately β€” a record of what was said
  • Everything prints into the PDF you send

04 Β· What happens next

The dashboard answers the question owners actually ask

Not "what were the numbers" β€” "is this getting better, and what do I fix first?"

  • Where each site lands in ten days at the current trend
  • What the rest of the month must average to hit target
  • Day-of-week patterns β€” the Sunday shift that always slips
  • The single most expensive miss across every site

Every line is arithmetic on your own days, and it shows the working. No model, no guessing, nothing you cannot check by hand.

Projections showing trend direction, month run rate and the biggest single win
Built for how shops actually work

The internet drops. The audit does not.

Everything is stored on the device first. Enter a whole day with no signal at all β€” it goes up on its own when the connection comes back. Two people on two devices never overwrite each other.

  • πŸ“΅ Works fully offline, for days at a time
  • πŸ“± Any phone browser β€” nothing to install from a store
  • πŸ“Ž Send the client a single file that opens with no login
  • πŸ”’ Each client sees only their own outlets β€” enforced on the server

Getting started

Running in an afternoon

No installation, no IT project, no change to how your accountants work.

Tell us your sites

Outlets, central kitchen, warehouse β€” each with its type, so a kitchen never gets asked for counter closing and an outlet never gets asked for production.

Set what matters

Pick your checks from the library and set the thresholds. Damage over 5%? Cash difference beyond β‚Ή500? Your rules, your weightings.

Import the first day

Paste your ERP export. The columns are matched for you and remembered. From then on it is about thirty seconds a day.

Send the first report

PDF, a web page, WhatsApp, or scheduled email every morning. Your client sees their score, what failed, and what is being done about it.

Pricing

Priced per site, not per seat

Add as many accountants, managers and viewers as you like. You pay for outlets audited.

Questions

Straight answers

Do we have to change our ERP?

No. Nothing is installed and nothing connects to your ERP directly. You export or copy the day's figures β€” the same screen your accountant already looks at β€” and the audit reads them. If your ERP cannot export, you can still type the figures in.

What happens when the trial ends?

The account becomes read-only. Everything you entered stays exactly where it is and you can keep looking at it, print it and export it β€” you just cannot add new days until you decide to continue. Nothing is deleted and nothing is held hostage.

Can our client see their own reports?

Yes, two ways. Give them a view-only sign-in, or send them a single file that opens in any browser with no login at all. Either way they can see their scores and what is outstanding, and neither can change anything.

Is our data mixed in with other businesses?

Every record is filed under a client id, and which client you may read is decided by your sign-in on the server β€” never by anything your browser sends. A user of one business cannot reach another's figures even by tampering with a request.

What if there is no internet at the outlet?

It keeps working. The device is the primary store, so a whole day can be entered offline and goes up on its own later. If two devices edit the same day, you are asked which to keep rather than one silently winning.

Can we get our data out?

Any time, without asking. Full JSON backup, Excel workbook, PDF and a standalone web page, all from the app itself. Your figures are also mirrored into a Google Sheet you own.

How long does setup take?

An afternoon for the first client β€” sites, checks and thresholds β€” and about thirty seconds a day after that once your import columns are remembered.
