The whole system,
in one file you own.

Download an HTML file. Open it. It works — offline, on a desktop or a phone, with all 21 compliance rules, corrective actions, dashboards and printable reports. Connect it to your own Google Sheet and your devices share one set of books.

There is no trial clock and no upgrade prompt. We do not have a copy of your data, because it never comes to us.

of it works with the internet switched off

These are counts of what is in the file, not customer statistics. We are new, and would rather tell you what the software does than imply a customer base we have not earned yet.

How it works

Three parts. You own all three.

There is no service in the middle. The file is on your machine, the data is in your Google account, and the code that joins them is a script you paste in yourself.

📄

The HTML file

One file, opened directly in your browser. It holds the entire application — every screen, calculation and report. Copy it to a USB stick and it still works on a machine with no internet at all.

📊

Your Google Sheet

The shared notebook. Your desktop writes into it, your phone reads from it. It sits in your Drive, under your account. We have no access to it and no way to ask for any.

🔗

A script you deploy

Twenty lines of pasting joins the two. It generates a private token that only you hold. The guide walks through every click, including the scary-looking Google permission screen and what it actually means.

Offline is the normal case, not the fallback

A counter PC in a shop loses its connection constantly. So the app never waits for a network: everything you type is saved locally the moment you type it, and changes queue up and go to the sheet on their own when the connection returns. Nobody has to remember to press anything.

In the box

Everything the paid edition does,
except the four things that need a server.

Included

Daily compliance scoring

21 rules per outlet — settlement, UPI reconciliation, void and discount authorisation, damage, expiry, negative stock, production and branch transfers. Each one scored, trended and turned into a task when it fails.

The compliance grid showing pass and fail marks for each rule across four outlets
Included

Corrective actions

A failed rule becomes a task with an owner and a date. Fail it again and it escalates on its own — minor, major, critical — with the history attached.

Included

ERP figure import

Paste the day's figures straight out of your existing system instead of typing them twice.

Included

Projections and trends

Where the month lands if the last three weeks continue — by outlet, not just in total.

Forecast panel projecting month-end figures by outlet
Included

Printable reports and exports

Eight sections, printed whole or one at a time, straight to PDF. Excel and JSON export for anyone who wants the raw numbers.

Included

A read-only copy for owners

A separate, 24% smaller file that cannot change anything. Give it to the people who only need to look — nobody edits last month by accident.

The honest part

What the free edition cannot do

Four things need a server that is awake when you are not. The free edition has no server, so it does not have these. We would rather you knew now than found out in month three.

Not in the free edition

Photo evidence

No attaching photographs to a finding. Images are far too big to live in a spreadsheet cell — they need real file storage. The note, owner, due date and escalation all work normally; only the picture is missing.

Not in the free edition

Usernames and passwords

There is no sign-in. Whoever opens the file can use it. Your control is over who has the file — which is exactly why the read-only viewer is worth setting up.

Not in the free edition

Scheduled email reports

You can print or export any time. Sending the report to a list at 7am every morning without anyone pressing a button needs something that is awake at 7am. Your shop's desktop is not.

Several companies, centrally managed

One file can hold several companies, but each needs its own sheet and its own token and you switch between them by hand. There is no single place to control who sees which client.

And one thing that is a feature, not a limit. Because your data lives in your Google account and not ours, we cannot lose it, sell it, hold it hostage, or shut down and take it with us. The trade is real: you also do the backups.

Before you ask

There are no credentials in these files. No server address, no token, no link to anybody's spreadsheet. You create your own in the guide. A file that arrived pre-connected to a stranger's account would be a file you should refuse — so we made sure this one isn't.

Roughly forty minutes for the Google Sheet setup, and you only do it once. If you skip it entirely the app still runs perfectly on one machine — you just don't get sync between devices.

Questions people actually ask

Is it really free, or free for now?

Really free. The files are on your machine and there is no licence check — nothing we do later can switch them off.

Can you see my data?

No. It goes from your browser to your Google Sheet. There is no step in between that we operate, and no telemetry in the file.

Do I need to know any code?

No. You copy one file's contents, paste it into a Google editor, and press Run. The guide shows every screen, including the alarming permission one.

What if I outgrow it?

Export your data as JSON and it imports straight into the hosted edition. Nothing is re-keyed, and there is no lock-in either way.

Will it work on an old shop PC?

If it has a browser from the last several years, yes. There is nothing to install and no minimum spec worth naming.

What happens if I clear my browser data?

Local data is wiped — which is precisely what the Google Sheet protects against. Set up sync, and back up to a file monthly.
